Giselle Gonzalez Manseur has joined the Firm as a Partner, while Jonathan Goldstein, Rebecca Newman Casamayor, and Kim Haber have taken on new roles within the Firm.
Giselle Gonzalez Manseur, a Miami native with nearly 20 years’ experience in commercial litigation, has joined the Firm as Partner in the Litigation Practice Group. Her practice focuses on a wide range of litigation matters – from contract disputes and business torts to real estate litigation and products liability. Manseur has represented small business owners, publicly traded companies, developers, financial institutions and many others.

Jonathan Goldstein, an Equity Partner and former Co-Chair of the Firm’s Condominium and HOA Practice Group, has joined the Firm’s Executive Committee. Board Certified in Condominium and Planned Development Law, he was also named a 2025 Florida “Super Lawyer” and recognized by “Best Lawyers in America” in 2025 and 2026 for his work in Community Association Law.

Rebecca Newman Casamayor, an Equity Partner and experienced Condominium and HOA attorney, has returned as Chair of the Firm’s Condominium and HOA Practice Group. She has extensive experience advising condominium and homeowners’ associations on governance, legal compliance, and disputes with owners, vendors, and third parties.

Kim Haber brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate business development and account service. After serving as the Firm’s Director of Business Development for the past two years, she will also assume the role of Director of Recruitment. She will continue leading the Firm’s marketing and business development efforts, supporting individual attorneys, practice groups, and industry sector teams, while overseeing Firm-wide marketing, business development, and community outreach initiatives. Her added responsibilities for attorney and staff recruitment are a natural extension of that work.
