Zero Networks, the leading provider of Zero Trust security solutions, today announced the appointment of Yossi Dagan as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), further strengthening its executive leadership team as the company scales its global business and continues to see growing enterprise demand for automated microsegmentation.
Dagan brings 20 years of finance leadership experience across high-growth technology and public companies, with expertise in financial strategy, fundraising, M&A and IPOs. Most recently, he served as CFO of Air Doctor, and previously held CFO roles at Noname Security (acquired by Akamai Technologies), Pomvom, Matricelf and Top Image Systems, where he led companies through periods of growth and IPOs, including Imperva.
As CFO, Dagan will oversee Zero Networks’ financial strategy and operations as the company scales globally and continues to invest in product innovation and customer growth.
“I’m proud to join Zero Networks during such an exciting inflection point,” said Dagan. “The company is redefining how organizations approach network security with automated microsegmentation that makes it dramatically simpler for enterprises to reduce their attack surface and stop lateral movement to ensure and protect uptime. I look forward to partnering with the team to scale the business globally, accelerate growth, and help shape Zero Networks’ next chapter.”
Expanding Leadership Team
In addition to Dagan’s appointment, Zero Networks has expanded its executive and management team with several strategic appointments across product and sales, including:
- Dror Bereznitzky, Vice President of Product Management, joins from Lightrun, where he served as Chief Product Officer. Prior to Lightrun, he helped transform JFrog into a unified DevOps platform, supporting growth to approximately $200 million in ARR and the company’s IPO. He brings extensive experience across enterprise software, application security, DevOps and AI-driven products.
- Jason Chaplin, Vice President of Sales, East, brings more than 25 years of cybersecurity and enterprise sales experience. Previously, he served as RVP, East at Illumio and held senior enterprise sales leadership positions at Netskope, Akamai Technologies and Check Point Software Technologies.
- Tony Hadzima, Vice President of Sales, EMEA, brings nearly 30 years of international sales and business leadership experience, including 15 years at Palo Alto Networks.
- Eyal Levi, VP of Engineering, brings extensive engineering leadership experience, including leading global R&D organizations and large-scale technology platforms at Amazon, Intel and Amobee. Prior to Zero Networks, he served as VP of Research & Development at Via.
“Yossi brings exceptional financial leadership and a proven track record of helping technology companies navigate periods of rapid growth, global expansion and transformation,” said Benny Lakunishok, CEO and Co-Founder of Zero Networks. “Alongside Dror, Jason and Tony, he strengthens our ability to execute against the significant opportunity ahead.”
The company’s growth reflects increasing enterprise demand for security architectures that can contain attackers after initial compromise. According to Zero Networks’ 2026 Lateral Movement Exposure Report, 80% of enterprise servers are reachable from anywhere inside the network, creating significant exposure to ransomware, operational disruption and AI-accelerated attacks. Zero Networks helps organizations address this exposure through identity-driven microsegmentation that limits lateral movement and reduces blast radius.
About Zero Networks
Zero Networks helps organizations prevent attacks, minimize blast radius, and maintain business continuity – even when attackers get inside. By making every connection verified and intentional through identity-driven microsegmentation, Zero Networks tightly limits lateral movement, reduces operational risk, and strengthens cyber resilience. The platform deploys quickly and enforces adaptive, automated policies that eliminate manual management, technology sprawl, and long-term operational debt. The result is simpler, more resilient security that lowers cost and complexity while enabling organizations to scale, preserve uptime, protect revenue, and meet compliance requirements as environments evolve.
